Ahh a post not about me but my father. This should be fun. Have you ever told you about the time he.....ah never mind that, it's is a tale for another time. However, I thought I would mention something pertinent to current events in my family.
For those of you who are not familiar with Star Trek New Voyages, it is an amateur internet production of new episodes set in the original Star Trek series. If you've never visited the site, check out newvoyages.com . You can download the episodes for free and there is some pretty good stuff. They have even garnered some "professional" attention and have managed to get a myriad of famous people to participate in the episodes...people including Walter Koenig and George Takei.
Any way, my father has gotten the opportunity to participate in the creative process of the "internet show" and I happen to think it's pretty cool stuff. Any way here are a couple of pictures from his recent excursion into Star trek land..... so while I slave away at film school, he's actually working on film....

Well it has certainly been awhile since I've made a post...things get busy... you know...any way I'm sure no one is really reading the site any way lol. Any way things have been crazy in Boston land. Between work and school the mind reels. Right now I'm in the middle of finals....can't really believe the semester is over next week, the year has gone by so fast. With the looming end of the semester brings the added excitement of my plans for the summer. I'm officially (barring some unforseen tragedy) going to Australia for 2 months this summer. I'll be taking two courses, have full acess to every aspect of the Sydney INternational Film Festival, and generally soaking up the Australian culture. I don't know about you, but it is a shock to realize how big Australia actually is....any way I'm excited - Kangaroos and Kualas here I come....
